Ironically to get the tech support we pay for i must login but when login is the problem your unable to get the support. Another ironic bit is when i download the authenticator app it asks me to login and once i pass the password bit it again asks me to get the code from the app to login….

Ive tried to fill out the account recovery form several times. I gave quite a lot of information about the contacts I had sent emails to there contact names etc. still when I send the form within a few seconds I receive an email saying that the system was unable to verify my identity.
